Membership terms and conditions
By joining CSYPN you accept the following terms and conditions.
- Membership will be for the remainder of the subscription year (Apr-Mar), with subscription renewal taking place in April.
- Membership is at the discretion of the CSYPN Committee.
- Membership can be revoked at any time by the CSYPN Committee.
- CSYPN membership will not entitle members to represent CSYPN or to use membership with official bodies.
- Membership will entitle members to vote in Committee elections at the Annual General Meeting.
- Members will be eligible to nominate themselves for the CSYPN Committee elections provided they been a member for at least six months.
- Membership will enable access to CSYPN events and CSYPN discounts.
- Members must abide with the CSYPN events/cancellation policy.
- Members attend events at their own risk; CSYPN cannot be held liable.
Events/Cancellation policies
- Members may pay on the door. In the event of non-attendance, members must still pay for the event.
- Non-members must pay in advance for events. This can be done by sending a cheque, made payable to "CSYPN" to: CSYPN, PO Box 36126, London SW7 2RH.
- Cancellation and refunds: We must be advised of cancellations at least three days before an event. Refunds will be given at our discretion. Refunds will vary depending on the type and nature of event. Please check details for each event.
- Everyone attending our events, or attending our group at other events must behave accordingly and not bring CSYPN into disrepute.
- CSYPN reserves the right to refuse admission to its events.
