At CSYPN, we are always thinking about when our members can unwind and enjoy themselves. So, if you want to meet other members and their friends at our monthly pub events, or come to one of our fabulous dinners, or just have a walk in the countryside and lunch at a typical English country pub, then you can find out about it here.
The same as last year, we will be having a picnic instead of a pub event for August. This will be on Sunday 8th August in Regent's Park near the Hanover Gate Playground. Familes are welcome.

Christmas is nearly here, and we've organised an exciting Saturday evening of dinner and social drinks at the acclaimed 'Baltic' restaurant.
The Baltic is a stylish Eastern European restaurant conveniently located only a one minute walk from Southwark tube station.
It has achieved a host of favourable reviews from the press, including the Times, the Independent and the Evening Standard, to name a few, and is one of Timeout's Top 50 restaurants.
The evening will start at 6:00pm sharp for social drinks in the restaurant's fabulous bar.

We have this year's National Day reception on Friday the 26th of June which will be hosted at a very prestigious central London venue. This is one of the highlights of the CSYPN calendar, so clear your diaries!
This is a ticketed event. For members, we are subsidising the cost of the food and drink, so the price is only £10 (which is less than a round at an average London pub, so this really is good value). Non-members are welcome to attend, but their tickets will be £25.
We look forward to see as many of you as possible there to celebrate National Day.

Croatia - World Champion in 2003 and Olympic gold medalist in 1996 and 2004 - has reached the finals of the World Handball Championship!
Our team played some wonderful handball and trashed all of their opponents (nine of them) so far. However, the last game is the one that count! We'll play France on Sunday at 4.30pm.
Our friends at the Famous Three Kings are expecting us on Sunday. Don't miss it!

We're planning to make some changes to our regular pub events. Friday nights are just too busy in the central London. Although we get quite a decent number of people coming for the pub events, due to jam-packed pubs it is not as social as we would like. More details on our plans soon.

We'll merge our regular pub event with this event.
Following (slightly disappointing) Euro 2008, Croatia starts a new campaign, qualification for the World Cup 2010 in South Africa. On Saturday we play Kazakhstan in Zagreb, followed by our regular customer - England - in Zagreb on Wednesday.
Join us in the Famous Three Kings (F3K) in West Kensington, watch the game, catch up with the latest gossip and have a few drinks with us. If you're coming for the first time, feel free to let us know.
Croatia passed the group stage with maximum points and is now in (...)finals of Euro2008. Everybody expected Croatia to pass the group stage, but the way Slaven Bilic & the gang did it is amazing - very convincing and stylish. True, the Germans might not agree.
Anyway, if you're an England supporter and miss all the buzz and excitement of Euro 2008, became a Croatia fan, get yourself a Croatian shirts and join us.
